BizFair is a FREE hybrid event with both in-person and virtual attendees having the same event experience. Join us online or in-person at Renton Technical College on Sept. In , on an extended visit to his native country of Eritrea, Efrem was inspired by the coffee culture in its capital Asmara and wanted to pursue a venture in coffee. Upon returning to Seatle, he launched Boon Boona Coffee with the goal of sourcing the best quality coffee beans from Africa.

Working closely with coffee farmers from many African nations, he developed long-lasting relationships with them and helped ensure the sustainability of their crops. This year, it is a hybrid event, FREE to attend and the overarching goal of the event has always been to help current and aspiring small business owners start or grow their businesses.

Visit the virtual booths of representatives from federal, state, and local government agencies, businesses and trade associations. All the virtual booths contain relevant collateral that you may peruse and download thus allowing you to be environmentally conscious.

Finally, you can chat with the staffers in the virtual booth and select appointment slots to ask them questions and have in-depth discussions. There will be an in-person-only special track of sessions which will provide you access to information and experts in an interactive setting. Representatives from federal, state, and local government agencies, and business and trade associations will be staffing tables live, ready to answer any questions you may have about your business and willing to engage in extended discussions.
